BOOKINGS
A reserved place will be held for you on the workshop once we have received both your booking form and payment in full.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The following cancellation policy will be applied:

• if you cancel up to FOUR WEEKS ahead of the start date of the workshop/retreat, you will receive a FULL refund, MINUS a 5% cancellation fee.
• If you cancel up to THREE WEEKS ahead of the start date of the workshop/retreat, you will receive a 50% refund.
• If you cancel less than TWO WEEKS ahead of the start date of the workshop/retreat, we can only offer you a refund if we are able to fill your place. Otherwise, we can only offer you a 20% refund.

INSURANCE
During your stay with us, you will be covered under our public liability insurance against injury caused to others. No other insurance is provided, and we recommend that you take out standard travel insurance. We can take no responsibility or liability against loss or theft of your personal belongings, or against personal injury.
